Isles laid big egg against Sens

In a word……

PATHETIC.

Clearly – this was the worst game of the season for the Isles.  Nothing, and I mean NOTHING was right.  They were out-skated, out-hustled, outworked, and totally outplayed.  Ottawa played just about a perfect game.

This was the first time in a few years, that I left a game that was not over yet.

So bad, that I do not even want to talk about it.

Tomorrow – the Isles are in Buffalo to take on the Sabres.  I will be at the game, and I am hoping that the effort will be a 100% improvement.  The plane ride to Western New York, should be interesting.  The coach should have ripped them a new one, and I hope the players stew so badly, that they come out guns ablazing tomorrow night.

The only good thing was the Washington Nationals Presidents attending the game.  At least they came out with a smile on their faces.

My face did not have a smile.
