Penguins – Sound Tigers live from Bridgeport

Live from Bridgeport, CT - the Sound Tigers take on the Penguins. Photo courtesy of G. Harding

The lights dim here in Bridgeport, as the North East Champion Sound Tigers are ready to take to the ice.  Their opponents, the WIlkes Barre/Scranton Penguins are in solidly in the fourth spot in their conference.  With more points than Bridgeport, their are in a lower position, due to the fact that the Norfolk Admirals are on a 27 game winning streak.  The Tigers have only lost a handful of games since New Years, and won their first division title since 2001-02, when they lost to the Chicago Wolves in the Calder Cup Finals.

Starting for Bridgeport. Steve Olesky and Matt Donovan on defense.  Scott Howes, David Ullstrom, and Brock Nelson up front, with Kevin Poulin in net.
