There is always plenty of NHL action on television, whether watching and rooting for your local team or flipping through the variety of games on the NHL Center Ice package if you felt so inclined to order it.
What we do not get to see that often is college hockey on the big screen and NBC Sports Network is offering us hockey die-hards such an opportunity by announcing their schedule of five big ten games.
College hockey is very exciting, some would even argue more so than the professional game, as youngsters are thought to be more ‘pure’ without the spoils of the big lights and even bigger paychecks.

That makes for some exciting action on the frozen surface of many rinks around the country that can be just as majestic and certainly just as loud as some NHL arenas.
All five games feature college powerhouses and should provide plenty of action so tune in and don’t miss out on a chance to see some potential future NHL stars in action before they hit the big city!
