The Olympic break is finally over and all players have now returned to their respective teams to being preparing for the resumption of the National Hockey League schedule this week.

With that, the NHL TV schedule returns to Eyes On Isles as we have you covered during what is a huge week in terms of volume and match-ups.

With the disappointment put forth by the United States over in Sochi and another gold medal for Team Canada (both in men and women) the news does not get any better for Islanders fans as their team returns to the competitive circuit.

Frans Nielsen and John Tavares are both out injured, with only Nielsen expected back shortly. Matt Martin has been sitting out the past couple of practices with a lower body injury and the expected trades of Thomas Vanek and Andrew MacDonald lead one to accurately assume that it will be the Bridgeport Islanders for the final 22 games of the 2013-14 season.

Ryan Strome, Matt Donovan, Anders Lee and even possibly Griffin Reinhart are all expected to get looks the rest of the way as New York heads into another off-season of uncertainty.
