The Islanders will cap off their 3 game trip through California with a matchup against the defending Stanley Cup Champions. This is a trip that any team dreads, as they will take on the Ducks, the regular season edition of the Sharks, and the Kings all in one week Again, this is a stretch in the Islanders schedule where they will need to prove themselves to the fans and the rest of the league. When you look at this trip to start November, it brings one frighteningly similar thought into an Islander fan’s mind: a November losing streak. But if the Isles want to make any noise this season they will need to put their November woes behind them and have a successful trip.
