Ryan Pulock is a player to watch on the Islanders blue line.

Pulock is a young d-man with a big shot from the right side. Due to injuries Pulock may be seeing some serious playing time.

Pulock has been forced to learn on the fly with his limited time here with the Islanders.

Similarily to Scott Mayfield who was forced to play in the Capitals series due to injuries at the defenseman position. Capuano has been apprehensive to put Pulock out in big spots but he may be forced to. I would rather go down with my younger guys as opposed to a Marek Zidlicky and Brian Strait. It looks like we may see that happen.
