New York Islanders forward Anders Lee dropped some merchandise and it actually looks really cool.

Personally, if I’m buying something Islanders I would buy a jersey, a player shirsey, or just something with the New York Islanders logo on it. I wouldn’t think to buy a shirt designed for a specific player but Anders Lee has got some stylish new merchandise for sale.

Lee was happy to announce that with a partnership between 500 Level and himself he was able to drop these shirts and sweatshirts. On July 11th Lee hinted at this, as he took to twitter and said that he had something “cool in store” for Isles fans.

If you take a look at the website most of the shirts and sweatshirts have a vintage look to them. They all mostly have his number on the shirt with blue and orange of course mixed in somewhere on the shirt to make it look Islanders.

The funny part is on the shirts that have him on it, there is no Islanders logo on the picture of him on the shirts. There’s a blue and orange 27 on his “jersey”, so you just have to assume that it’s Lee on the Islanders. No royalties going to the Islanders here.

Regardless, if you’re an Anders Lee fan you might want to check out these threads and purchase one for yourself. I wouldn’t consider myself an Anders Lee fanatic necessarily, but I am considering picking up a shirt for myself, just because I’m a sucker for vintage looking Islanders shirts.

Myself or Eyes On Isles was not paid to endorse these products. They are just super cool looking and you should definitely check them out, also it’s mid July and there’s not much to write about Islanders wise.
