A look around the web at the most recent New York Islanders news. Make Eyes On Isles your go to website for all things Islanders.

It seems like there is never a quiet off day in Islanders land. This was evident with the speculation of a possible location change over the past few days. This time there’s a chance that it’s more than just speculation.

Brian Erni writes that he talked to someone who wants to remain anonymous who said it’s “very” realistic that the Islanders could move to Belmont Park or Willets Point.

Everyone knows that the relationship between the Islanders and the Barclays has been a rocky one. Erni says that Ledecky could have more control if the Islanders do elect to move out of Brooklyn.

Ultimately a move to their own arena would do the Islanders good, and that’s what Belmont or Willets Point would do. There’s still a lot of time before we will know anything but it seems to be more than speculation.
