New York Islanders Daily: Josh Ho-Sang Scores First of Many Goals

Josh Ho-Sang scored his first NHL goal last night, in the New York Islanders 4-1 over the Edmonton Oilers. The first of hopefully many to come.

Josh Ho-Sang netted his first goal as a member of the New York Islanders. We knew it would come eventually but I don’t think anyone expected it to be coming from so far out.

Of course people had to have fun with the 66 story, so Pete Blackburn created this gem of a GIF.

MSG Plus 2 (wow that really sounds like a fake TV channel) played a clip during the broadcast of Doug Weight responding to Ho-Sang wearing the number 66. He got fired up about it saying that the kid is just paying homage to his favorite player.

In the intermission report with Shannon Hogan Ho-Sang was smiling from ear to ear and to be honest, he sounded and came across as an extremely likable person. Wishing him the best and congratulating him on the first of many goals to come.
