New York Islanders Daily: Josh Ho-Sang Adjusting Well To NHL

Rookie Josh Ho-Sang of the New York Islanders has made the transition well to the league and added another goal to the total last night.
To be honest, I was unsure about Josh Ho-Sang when he was first called up by the New York Islanders. His reputation wasn’t the best and maturity certainly was a question with him. Although I am happy and proud to say that Ho-Sang is proving my apprehension wrong.
Ho-Sang is adjusting well to the league, it’s clear. He skates well, has such great vision on the ice and Ho-Sang has proven himself to be a playmaker early on in his career.
“He fits in physically, and with his skating ability and skill set, it looks like he’s been in this league a long time,” coach Doug Weight said. “I’m not surprised. He has been well coached.”

His captain Josh Tavares even had some kind words for him as well. “He understands how he needs to play, and he’s getting more confident. The hardest thing to do for a guy expected to score is come in and score.”
Last night he added his second goal of his young career. He’s turning into one of my favorite players to watch on a nightly basis.

It was pretty ugly but if you wish to check out what happened last night look at Jacob’s recap. At least they scored four goals? It’s hard to find a positive in that embarrassing effort.
