Making Ho-Sang Top Line Forward

Josh Ho-Sang’s 2016-17 season was dynamite. Even if it was only 21 games long. During that short spell, he put up 10 points and dazzled crowds night in and night out.

So what makes him top line material? He’s pure offense baby.

Must Read: Make Josh Ho-Sang Top Line Forward

Last season Ho-Sang led the forwards in generating scoring chances per 60 with a 5on5 10.99 rating according to Corsica.Hockey. Which is just what you want from your top line players, generating scoring chances.

The chemistry between Lee-Tavares-Bailey last season proved fruitful. Starting anything but that combination on the top line doesn’t make much sense. Put Ho-Sang on the second line where his matchups might be easier giving him some room to create.
