New York Islanders fans were displeased with the fact that their team was not represented enough in the Top 10  Greatest NHL Teams.

In case you missed it the Top 10 Greatest Teams list came out and there was not a lot of New York Islanders representation on the list. Just one Islanders team made the list oddly enough and it was the 1982-1983 team coming in seventh on the list.

Of course, Twitter had a reaction. So here are my favorite tweets from the evening. Enjoy.

The tweets say it all…

That’s only the begging. Obviously, the Islanders are always overlooked and this is just more proof that their greatness in the 80’s is the most overlooked dynasty in all of sports. 19 straight playoff series won is insanity yet only one of those teams made the top 10 list? What a joke.
