Yesterday the New York Islanders released their schedule for the 2017-18 NHL regular season. Mark your calendars Isles fans, this season should be an exciting one.

After having missed the playoffs by just a single point, the New York Islanders look to get back to being among the league’s top 16.

Last season’s calendar wasn’t the New York Islanders best friend. With a bad bye-week that was bookended by west-coast road trips and a franchise record nine-game road trip.
