One of the newest members of the New York Islanders, Jordan Eberle, shows off his guitar skills with country music singer Brett Kissel.

Don’t you love when your two worlds collide? As a big country music fan and a New York Islanders fan seeing my two passions come together is very cool. Jordan Eberle killed it on the guitar in this video that’s made it around the internet this week and it was too good not to share with everyone.

The guy can really play! In case you didn’t already love Jordan Eberle here’s another perfectly good reason for you to do so.

The perennial 20 goal scorer seems to know what he’s doing with an acoustic guitar in his hands, as he’s enjoying his time before playing in his first game as an Islander.

If the name Brett Kissel sounds familiar to you it’s probably because he has a connection with hockey. During this year’s playoffs he sang the National Anthem before Game 3 in the Edmonton Oilers vs Anaheim Ducks series.

Except there was one issue that arose during his anthem, his mic cut out. It ended up not being a problem at all as the Edmonton faithful belted out the Star Spangled Banner:

It was a really cool moment from the 2017 Stanley Cup Playoffs. Eberle, must be a fan of the music himself because he seemed to know it pretty well on the guitar! Oh, to be multitalented, it must be nice.

Maybe before the season, we get a Jordan Eberle country record? Heck, if James Dolan has time to be in a band and own the Knicks why can’t Eberle do it in the offseason?
