New York Islanders Two Players That are Tradeable Now

We’re all riding high from a great four-game win streak, but the New York Islanders roster isn’t settled yet. In order to acquire talent, they’ll have to move some that they already have. Here are two players that are tradable right now.
With four wins from a possible four recently is fantastic news for the New York Islanders and their fans. At the start of the 2018-19 season the Islanders were destined for the bottom of the league, and maybe even the division. This wasn’t supposed to be a winning season.
Now, 12 games into the season, the Islanders are tied with the Pittsburgh Penguins at the top of the Metropolitan Division with 15 points. The Isles would have the top spot if not for the Penguins holding a superior points-per-game-played (1.36 PPG over the Isles 1.25 PPG).
With a 7-4-1 record, the Islanders currently hold a winning record. Unthinkable just a few months ago. Things are going swimmingly for the New York Islanders at the moment.
With Lou Lamoriello and Barry Trotz in year one of a multi-year process to rebuild this franchise, the roster still needs some tinkering before the expectations for the Islanders can shift to competing for a Stanley Cup.
Typically to bring quality in you have to send quality out in the form of a trade. Finding top quality players via free agency is quite rare. Luckily for the New York Islanders, they have a few players on their 50 player roster that they can trade to bring in quality, right now.
