Arnaud Durandeau | GP: 19 Pts:23 (Halifax Moosehead)

Durandeau continues to put up points in the QMJHL. He’s now sitting with 23 points in 19 games. The Islanders sixth-round draft pick from 2017 is a tenacious player who’s dogged approach to the game is benefiting him greatly.

Standing 5’9″ Durandeau isn’t what you’d call “NHL-sized”. But like Collins Adams in the NCAA, he’s not letting it slow him down. This is the second week in a row we talk about Arnaud Durandeau because of his production.

Although, full disclosure the QMJHL is a scoring league. The leading scorer in the ‘Q’ is Jeremy McKenna with 35 points in 21 games. Durandeau and his 23 points in 19 games are tied for 16th in the league.
