Casey Cizikas

Nobody, not even Casey Cizikas, could’ve predicted the year he’s had. 2018-2019 has been by far the most productive year of Cizikas’ career. He has 32 points (20 goals, 12 assists) in 70 games played.

His previous career high in goals was nine, he blew that out of the water by a long shot. Not only is he scoring but they are coming in huge spots, like the Winnipeg game. He’s been clutch all year long and is one of the leaders on this team.

The Islanders fourth line has also been completely rejuvenated since Martin – Cizikas – Clutterbuck has been reunited. They start just about every period and they always bring energy to the ice when they are out there, this year more than ever.

Of the three Cizikas is by far the best, and you can likely make a case for Cizikas being the team MVP I know Barry Trotz thinks very highly of Zeeker. He’s an easy guy to root for and seeing him come into his own has been a lot of fun.
