New York Islanders Three Goals for Ryan Pulock in 2019-20

He’s the New York Islanders number one defender. Ryan Pulock is going into his third year of NHL experience. What three goals should he set?
This will only be Ryan Pulock‘s third year in the NHL, and he’s already the New York Islanders numbers one defenseman. The former 15th overall pick has become that solid top-tier defenseman the Islanders were hoping for back in 2013.
Ever since he made his full NHL start back in 2017-18, Ryan Pulock has steadily been getting better and better. Last season he put up 37 points to lead the New York Islanders defensemen. A spot usually held by Nick Leddy.
Now he’s entering the final year of a two-year $4 million bridge deal. If he’s looking to hit a big payday – perhaps a Jacob Trouba sized payday – he’s going to set himself some targets to hit (maybe even literally) for the 2019-20 season.
He’s still got things to work out though. I’ve listed out three things that Ryan Pulock can set as goals for the 2019-20 season. All are absolutely attainable and should help his game and the New York Islanders out tremendously.
