Islanders Podcast: Anthony Beauvillier Improvement and X-Mas Wish List

The Eyes on Isles Podcast returns for episode number 122 as Matt and Mitch will discuss all things New York Islanders on and off the ice.
Last night was brutal, the Islanders lost a laugher 8-3 to Nashville at home. We’ll start by talking about that game and then get into the rest of the games we saw this week. For more game coverage, make sure to visit the Patreon.
Looking at the 2019-2020 season, one player sticks out as most improved and that’s Anthony Beauvillier. Beau has played a much more well-rounded game, even when he isn’t scoring goals or picking up assists.
Noah Dobson isn’t headed to World Juniors but Mitch thinks he should be. We’ll have the debate and let him vent his frustrations.
Then, we’ll get into the Christmas wishlist for both Mitch and me. I’ll come up with three things I want this year and Mitch will add three things that he would want under our metaphorical Islanders Christmas Tree.
Here’s what to expect from episode 122:
Topics
Anthony Beauvillier most improved?
If anyone is the most improved this year it has to be Beau. He’s by far been the biggest surprise for the Islanders so far this year.
Noah Dobson to World Juniors
10 minutes of Mitch yelling that Dobson is able to play in the tournament AND come back to play for the Islanders after 10 days.
X-Mas Wish List
Mitch and I will share what we want the Islanders to get for Christmas.
Quiz
Mitch will quiz me on someone who has either played 22 or 122 games as an Islander. I did pretty well last week let’s see if it continues this week.
Social
In the social segment, we’ll answer questions and talk about the biggest stuff from Isles Twitter this past week.
