Barry Trotz has some interesting lineup decisions to make ahead of Game 5 between the New York Islanders and Tampa Bay Lightning.
Game 5 is hours away. With the semi-finals series tied up at 2-2 between the New York Islanders and the Tampa Bay Lightning, this game is vital for either side. Going up 3-2 doesn’t guarantee a series win, but it gives the team in that lead a huge advantage.
The Islanders enter the game with a bit of wind in their sails after a win at home in Game 4. It may not have been the most solid of victories, but thanks to a powerful second-period, and then shutting things down in the latter half of the third, the Isles walked away with a win.
But that doesn’t necessarily mean the lineup will remain the same. There are a few interesting decisions that Barry Trotz will have to make ahead of Game 5.
