This one is interesting. I don’t know how realistic some of it is but I’ll give this user some credit, they got very creative with trying to fix the hole at LHD.

RFA Signings:

Anthony Beauvillier – 4-years $4.15 million AAV

Ilya Sorokin – 2-years $3 million AAV

Kieffer Bellows – 2-years $950,000 AAV

UFA Signings:

Casey Cizikas – 6-years $2.25 million AAV

Kyle Palmieri – 3-years $4 million AAV

Zach Parise – 1-year $950,000

No complaints from me. I think these are all pretty fair and finally, someone got the Casey Cizikas deal correct.

Trades:

Well, there is your puck-moving lefty and a solid depth defenseman in Carson Soucy. Honestly, I like Soucy more than I like Andy Greene to be paired with Noah Dobson. I’m not sure if Gostisbehere is a Barry Trotz and Lou Lamoriello kind of player but it’s an interesting flier at a low cost.

I don’t think this one is perfect but it’s creative and outside the box. For that, it’ll get our best grade of the day.
