Islanders add organizational depth; announce four signings

Paul LaDue
Ladue, a 29-year-old defenseman played in one game for the Islanders last season, a 4-1 loss to the New York Rangers at UBS Arena as the team's roster was ravaged by players testing positive for COVID-19. In 60 games with Bridgeport, the former 6th round pick of the Los Angeles Kings (181st overall, 2012 Draft) had four goals and eight assists. He was a +6 on the season on the blue line.

LaDue played in 69 career games with the Kings across four NHL seasons, starting in 2016-17. With the Kings, he scored five goals and added 13 assists, playing 14:02 TOI. In 200 career AHL games with Bridgeport, the Hershey Bears and Ontario Reign, LaDue has 83 points (30 goals, 53 assists).
