Islanders Podcast Preview: We Need to Talk About Ollie

For episode 243 of the Eyes on Isles Podcast, we need to talk about Oliver Wahlstrom. In the Islanders 5-4 win over Pittsburgh last night, Wahlstrom did not see the ice in the third period and for good reason.

We'll get into his struggles, what it means going forward, and what the Islanders could do to mitigate Oliver Wahlstrom's struggles both now and in the future. That leads us to part two of the discussion, Barry Trotz.

Some are of the belief that Barry Trotz is too hard on Oliver Wahlstrom and that's why he's struggling. We will discuss our thoughts on that and talk about his coaching style down the stretch of this lost season.
