Is there anything Mathew Barzal can't do?

On Friday afternoon, the Barstool Sports show Spittin' Chiclets revealed that four years ago, co-host Paul Bissonnette aka "Biz Nasty," filmed a commercial for a Canadian equipment rental company named "YBuy" that was said to be currently not operational but has a website and suddenly active Twitter account that had been dormant for over four years until an hour after the video was shared.

The 2 minutes 45-seconds commercial gets an assist from the New York Islanders' star center, who plays a prominent role with several lines and an errant beer toss that lands Biz in the ocean. Based on the timeline (and Barzal's hair), the commercial was likely shot sometime after his Calder Trophy rookie season when he scored 22 goals and added 63 assists to win the award.

"YBuy" is always there to pick up the assist, just like Mat Barzal" Bissonnette says towards the end.

Barzal was playful again with Bissonette during a post-game interview on TNT when he "roasted" the former Phoenix Coyote over his "sad" skills on the ice following an Islanders 6-3 win over the Vancouver Canucks in February.

We've seen Barzal on the NHL All-Star Game red carpet before, but maybe there are more red carpets in his future. Until then, he'll look to play a leading role with his supporting case on Long Island.
