The Eyes on Isles Podcast returns for episode number 109 as Matt and Mitch will discuss all things New York Islanders on and off the ice.

There’s been two games already and it feels so good that New York Islanders hockey is finally back. With both football teams struggling,  Jets and Giants fans alike can agree that they’re happy for the start of the hockey season.

Barry Trotz has been even more of a vocal leader this year. He hasn’t been too happy about where the Isles were picked in the standing projections and he also even got in the mix doing pushups with the team.

This past week, the Mitch Marner saga came to an end along with some other RFA deals. We’ll discuss if the deals will have an impact on the Isles RFA’s in 2020.

With two games underway we’ll chat about who has stood out. Mitch will also have some hot takes about the roster if I had to guess.
