The Eyes on Isles Podcast returns for episode number 155 as Matt and Mitch will discuss all things New York Islanders on and off the ice.

Well, I wish we were talking about the Islanders closing out there series but with a 3-2 loss in Game 3, we are going to have to wait. This episode obviously is going to be very heavily focused on the Panthers series.

We’ll go over what went well in the first two games, what the Islanders have to improve, etc. Also, we’re going to get into the Boychuk injury, if Mike Matheson is dirty, and if the Islanders made the right decision with playing Andy Greene.

Here’s what you can expect from episode 155:

Topics

Florida Series

We’ll talk about the biggest storylines from the first three games. What has gone well, what needs to Improve, and who needs to wake up for Game 4.

Boychuk Injury

In Game 1, Mike Matheson took out Johnny Boychuk, he had a couple questionable penalties in Game 2 as well which led to a benching. We’ll discuss him and the injury to Boychuk and if the Isles made the right choice with Greene.

Quiz

Mitch is going to quiz me on someone who played 55 games as an Islander. As you’d expect it usually doesn’t go very well.

Social

In the social segment, we’ll answer questions and talk about the biggest stuff from Isles Twitter this past week.
