The New York Islanders look to make it 10 straight wins as they take on the Washington Capitals in D.C. The Caps are hot as well and trail the Isles by just two points with a game in hand. Talk about an important matchup tonight!

Anyway, the Isles are 14th in the league in goals for which is a much different look from when they played the Caps back in January. Yes, they are 0-2 against Washington this year but is Game 6 and 7 Islanders the same team we see now? Nope.

With all that in mind, here are three players for you to watch for in daily fantasy tonight:

Kieffer Bellows

DraftKings: $3,200 | Fanduel: $3,000

The kid is on fire! With three goals in his last two games, it’s safe to say Barry Trotz will put him back up with the top line. He had 11.3 fantasy points in his last time out and 21.5 when he had his two-goal performance on Saturday.

This is betting on Kieffer Bellows being a different player than he was pre-Barry Trotz lashing. Let’s roll with it until it stops working.

Oliver Wahlstrom

DraftKings: $3,200 | Fanduel: $3,800

On Saturday he picked up a goal and then had the shootout winner on Sunday. Let the kid eat! He’s been phenomenal for the Islanders and continues to generate multiple quality shots on net per game.

Two good value plays in Bellows and Wahlstrom, especially with Anders Lee out. Yes, the kids are alright.

Semyon Varlamov

DraftKings: $7,400 | Fanduel: $8,800

Barry Trotz has messed with me a ton this year when guessing the goalie but you have to figure Varlamov gets the start today. Varlamov has been absolutely tremendous for the Isles this year with a .929 save percentage and a 2.03 goals against average.

He had 17.2 fantasy points last time out and has averaged 19.3 over his last four starts. He has a legit case for the Vezina Trophy this year.
