Islanders: 3 Players To Watch In Daily Fantasy 4-11-21
The last time out was a rough showing for the Islanders offense. They registered just one goal and it came from Andy Greene, who is not usually pushing the offense forward from the blue line. Well, they have a chance to redeem themselves against the Rangers today.
After playing New York on Friday, the Isles will do it again today at the Nassau Coliseum. In a fight for first place, and with the Penguins right on the Isles tail in third at the moment, every point is huge at this time of the year.
Here are three players you can watch for in daily fantasy today:
Anthony Beauvillier
DraftKings: $4,500 | Fanduel: $4,500
I know, I had him in my three players to watch last time but do you really think he puts together two down performances in a row? He has nine goals in his career against the Rangers in 17 games, chances are he’s scoring today.
He will likely be holding down the fort on line two with Brock Nelson, who has also been playing fairly well recently.
Mathew Barzal
DraftKings: $6,600 | Fanduel: $7,100
I know, it’s a boring choice but just like Anthony Beauvillier, Mat Barzal feasts against the Rangers usually. In 16 games against the Rangers in his career, he has 21 points to his name. Expect the scoring to return as he hasn’t scored a goal in four straight.
On the 2020 season, Barzal is averaging 10.8 fantasy points per game. But he tends to be more productive at home and against the Rangers, so he’s a fairly safe play today.
Oliver Wahlstrom
DraftKings: $3,100 | Fanduel: $3,200
He hasn’t played in a few games, but with Ross Johnston getting waived the expectation is for him to enter the lineup. Previously to him sitting out for the last couple, he’s gone five games in a row without a goal.

The kid is due. Now, keep in mind he isn’t a lineup guarantee but if you’re willing to take the risk, it may be worth your while.
