Can we forget yesterday happened, please? The New York Islanders came out very flat in an ugly 4-1 loss to Boston. They allowed 45 (!!) shots in the game and a whopping 23 in the first period alone.

Today, they’ll need to get it in gear, if they want a chance at beating Boston in their building. Expect Ilya Sorokin to play tonight, and with Cal Clutterbuck and Josh Bailey getting banged up we may see some lineup changes.

Here are three players you can keep an eye on tonight in daily fantasy:

Ilya Sorokin

DraftKings: $7,600 | Fanduel: $8,200

Pretty much everyone except for Semyon Varlamov was bad last night. Varly won’t play back-to-back games so instead, let’s roll with Ilya Sorokin tonight. Last time out he allowed two goals and posted a .923 save percentage in an overtime win.

In four of his last five starts, he has been excellent, putting up at least 15 fantasy points in those four contests.

Kyle Palmieri

DraftKings: $4,300 | Fanduel: $5,400

In the Islanders 3-2 win over the Rangers, Palmieri netted his first goal for the Islanders. I expect that to continue as hopefully, his ice time begins to increase as well. With Josh Bailey as a question mark, I expect Palmieri to have a bigger role tonight.

In seven games against Boston this year, he has five goals to his name. Including a two-goal performance back in February.

JG Pageau

DraftKings: $3,900 | Fanduel: $3,800

Yes, I’m back on the JG Pageau train for tonight. He’s been excellent against Boston this year and last night just feels like an anomaly when it comes to the lack of production. In general, the third line has been good so I don’t expect that to change.

This is somewhat of a risky play right now, as he has just two 10+ fantasy point performances in his last 10 games. One of those games did come against Boston though.
