Episode 199 is coming tonight, and we have a ton to get into. First, the New York Islanders are moving on to the semi-finals and are one of four teams remaining for the second year in a row.

We’ll discuss how the Islanders got there in the Bruins series and who stood out. Next, it’ll be a look at the Tampa Bay Lightning, the team that knocked them out in the playoffs last season in six games.

It’s going to be a difficult task, but we will get into how the Isles have a chance against the Lightning. Finally, we’ll get into it on Down on the Farm with Mitch and he’ll share his updates on the prospects.

Here’s what to look forward to in episode 199:

Topics

Bruins Series

Last week when we talked the series was tied at 1-1 heading back to Nassau Coliseum. We’ll talk about the remaining four games and how the Isles took care of business against Boston.

Tampa Series

The Lightning are playing really good hockey right now but does that mean they’re unbeatable? We’ll break down the biggest things to look for in the series for both sides.

Down on the Farm

Mitch will be giving us some updates on the prospects that he’s spoken with and what they’re up to so far in the summer.

Quiz

Mitch is going to quiz me on someone who played 199 games in an Islanders sweater. This guessing game rarely goes well.

Social

In the social segment, we’ll answer questions and talk about the biggest stuff from Isles Twitter this past week.
