While much of last night's focus was on the NY Islanders' newest prospect Calum Ritchie, the orgainzaitions top prospect, Cole Eiserman, notched his second hat-trick of the season for the Boston University Terriers.

The tenth ranked Terriers hosted the No. 6 ranked Providence College Friars on Senior Night, defeating their New England rivals 8-2.

Eiserman and the Terriers got things started quickly with Cole opening the scoring 1:23 into the game. With a 4-0 lead heading into the first intermission, Eiserman struck quickly once again as the middle stanza began, scoring his second of the night 38 seconds into the period.

With the game well in hand, Eiserman completed the hat-trick midway through the third, giving the Terriers a commanding 7-1 lead.

Eiserman's first of the night came off his patented one-timer from just below the circle on the right side.

"I work on that shot a lot, it's something I take pride in," Eiserman told Devora Slonim of WTBU Sports. "It's nice when it goes in, and when it doesn't, I'm pretty mad at myself... I just want to put it in the back of the net for my teammates."

Eiserman has had a phenomenal freshman campaign for Boston, scoring 19 goals and adding nine assists for the Terriers. His 19 tallies are tied for 11th best in the nation, matching the total of fellow Islanders prospect Quinn Finley.

Dropping to 20th overall at last season's NHL Draft, it is appearing more and more like the Islanders got a steal with Eiserman falling into the latter half of the first-round.

With the acquisition of Ritchie, it appears the Islanders now have three high-end prospects in Ritchie, Eiserman and Finley.
