The New York Islanders are in the midst of a little break here thanks to COVID protocols in Canada but we still have a ton of stuff to get into. In episode 229, we will start by talking about the schedule changes and what games will be made up, and when.

Next, the power play. It's actually been rather good, why is that? We'll get into the biggest reasons for the Islanders success on the man advantage. Also, we have to continue to talk about the development of Noah Dobson.

In Dobson's last 10 games, he has seen significantly more ice time and he has 10 points over that span. Is this finally the version of Noah Dobson that the Islanders were hoping for when he was drafted in 2018?

Here's what you can expect from episode 229 of the Eyes on Isles podcast:

On the quiz, Mitch will pick a random player in Islanders history and I have to try to guess who that player is based on five clues. It’s usually a blast.
